_{Blitz is what I call my priority commissions! These are done within an hour of the payment being confirmed, usually sooner. Complex designs and backgrounds may take two hours, rather then one. Blitz commissions are sometimes offered for no additional fee if you commission me within six hours of posting the initial ad. Obviously, Blitz commissions are not avaliable for traditional mediums.}

_{I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.
I don't require references, but if you're asking me to outright design a character, I may ask for an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the character.
I may also ask for an additional fee for overly complex characters.}Payment
_{Payment will be delievered upfront once I've delievered the sketch. Once I start working on an image, I will only provide a 50% refund should you request one for a reason. Once the image is complete, I won't provide a refund.
Should I cancel a commission for any reason in the middle of making it, I will provide a full refund.

_{At the sketch stage you can ask for unlimited minor changes. You can request a full re-sketch(in a different pose, or a different outfit, ect.) three times post-payment.
At the lineart stage you can request five minor changes. I will not be changing the pose at this point. Lineart changes cannot be made for traditional mediums- please make sure you're happy with the sketch!
At the final stage, I'll fix another five minor changes. After that point, I'll stop accepting changes, so be sure to request them at once!}Copyright
_{The commissioner and them alone are allowed to use their specific commission for commercial purposes with credit. If you did not commission a specific piece of mine, you are not permitted to use the art in any way.
The commissioner will receive a heavily watermarked and a small watermarked version of any given piece.
Clients are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of commissioned work from EnigmaticBird such as images, goods, and copies of goods in any block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
